The stay was very comfortable; no complaints. The room we were offered an upgrade to was lovely and included coffee and tea making equipment, multi-channel TV, and a writing table.- The bed was exceptionally comfortable.- Excellent service was provided.- The hotel's location was exceptionally nice, in the city center or by the shopping mall.

The room was convenient and fine and the service was excellent. I had an exceptionally comfortable bed for great sleep. Location: the hotel was just next door to the outskirts of Lille and the ' restaurant'.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, considering how comfortable and clean the room was. The location was convenient, close to the freeway and restaurants. The staff, especially Amin, were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast choices could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Amazing stay! 🌟 We had such a great time that we didn't want to leave. The room we booked had a nice bathtub, and everything was just perfect during our one-day visit. The staff here went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and were incredibly friendly. No complaints at all - everything was superb.
